O'Donnel, Ron
Ron O‘Donnell wird 1952 in der schottischen Stadt Stirling
geboren. Er studiert Fotografie an der Napier Hochschule in
Edinburgh und wird anschließend von der Universitätsabteilung
Hoch- und Tiefbau als Fotograf angestellt. Seit 1984 setzt Ron
O'Donnel extra etwas in Szene, um es zu fotografieren. Erst zwei
Jahre vorher war er von der Schwarz-weiss Fotografie zur Farbe
übergegangen, um seine Arbeiten individueller und zugänglicher
zu machen. Seine ersten Arbeiten dazu haben den Zustand der Fauna
des Waldes zum Thema und erweitern so sein erzählerisches und
bildnerisches Potential.
