With 12 exhibtions every year we have organized more than 500 exhibitions, the luxery of it being that we lived with all these art works over some weeks and that some of them have become dear friends. Along with most interesting memories, these works are as well bearing testimony of their time. In the 80ies nobody wanted to talk about beauty, altough artists painted beautyful works. It was the beginning of political correctness, you had visibly and by content to stand up for a cause as an artist. Fourty years later the situation is reverse: Beauty is eternal, political correctness ephemere. That's why we asked many artists to send us a flower painting on the occasion, but it is another truth that we remember beautiful stories in connection with our exhibitions. For example Jean- Michel Albérola's request that his work should be hung next to Markus Lüpertz's work at the permanent exhibition of the Centre Pompidou in Paris. Which we will repeat in our exhibition. Here we are showing three generations of artists next to each other. We hope that it will be evident, that the young artists anre contributing to the overall image because they rejuvenate the overall image and add new ideas and thoughts to a collection, whether it be at home or in an office, in an entrance hall or in your conference surroundings.
